Seen initially as a mechanism to address the historic imbalances in
the South African economy it can now be viewed as an economic and social growth instrument with global relevance.


BEE in its truest form encourages Business Startup, Business Growth, Effective People Management, Local Efficient Supply Chain Management, Local Community Development and Upliftment and increased market exposure due to an accredited and annually reviewed BEE status.

Lesedi Technical Engineering is a Level 1 BBB EE certified Company. We pride ourselves as a Company that not only champions transformation but an active partner in helping create opportunities for many in our society who were marginalized before the dawn of democracy in 1994.

PROCUREMENT POLICY

Lesedi Technical Engineering has adopted a biased procurement policy that the company uses to source material and equipment from black small medium sized enterprises to encourage and stimulate economicactivity amongst small businesses.
